Tekmetric Pricing: What You'll Actually Pay
By Mario Martell, founder of Wrench Node. Published October 14, 2026.
If you're shopping for shop management software, Tekmetric is probably on your list. Here's what it costs, what each plan includes, and what to watch for, using Tekmetric's own pricing page. We make Wrench Node, a lower-priced alternative, and we'll show where it fits at the end.
Prices below are from tekmetric.com/pricing as of Oct 2026. Prices change, so check their site before you decide.

The good parts
- Unlimited users and repair orders on every plan. You don't pay more when you hire.
- No long-term contract is required. You can go month to month.
- Annual billing saves money if you're sure you'll stay.
What to watch for
- The labor guide isn't in Start. If your writers build estimates from labor times every day, you're probably looking at Grow ($349/mo) at minimum.
- Two-way texting is in Scale. If you want customers texting back and forth with your advisors from the system, that's $439/mo on monthly billing.
- Add-ons stack. Multi-shop, tires and marketing are priced separately, per shop.
So while the starting price is $199, a lot of shops end up paying more once they add what they use every day.

Is Tekmetric worth it?
For a lot of shops, yes. It's a solid, well-known system. If you have a big team and need everything from one vendor, the unlimited-user pricing is fair.
But if you're a 1- to 4-bay independent shop, ask yourself honestly how much of the Scale plan you'll use. Many small shops need a few things done really well: repair orders, inspections, parts ordering, labor times, texting and getting paid. For that, $349 to $439 a month is a lot.
Where Wrench Node fits
- Pro, $79/mo: the full platform with unlimited users, English and Spanish, no contract and no setup fee. Integrations include Stripe or Square, QuickBooks Online, Nexpart and Partslink24.
- Premium, $129/mo: adds in-system parts ordering with live price and stock from your own suppliers, plus Mitchell 1 labor times and factory maintenance intervals. MOTOR integration is coming soon.
- AI does the busywork. Repair orders fill in from what the tech finds, Talk Your DVI turns a spoken walkaround into a written inspection, and the learned-repairs brain remembers how your shop does each job.
- Declined work doesn't get lost. Every declined job stays on one list, Wrench Node drafts the follow-up text or email for you to send, and Money Left on the Lift shows inspection findings that never got quoted.
- 14-day free trial and free data migration. Our team moves your data.
