How do I get started with Wrench Node?

Sign up for a free 14-day trial, add your shop information, and start your first service session. The AI will guide you through the process of entering customer complaints and generating recommendations.

Can I add my whole team?

Yes! Go to Settings > Team to invite service advisors and technicians. Each team member gets their own login, and all sessions are shared across your organization.

Does the AI learn from my shop's repairs?

Absolutely. Every repair you log teaches the AI what works for specific symptoms on specific vehicles. Over time, your recommendations become more accurate based on your shop's real experience.

What vehicles/equipment does Wrench Node support?

We support automotive (all makes and models), heavy equipment (Komatsu, CAT, John Deere, etc.), and industrial equipment (generators, engines). You can enable the equipment types you need in Settings.

Can I use Wrench Node on my phone?

Yes, Wrench Node is fully mobile-friendly. Access it from any browser on your phone or tablet - no app download required.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings > Billing and click 'Manage Subscription'. You can cancel anytime, and you'll retain access until the end of your billing period.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption, your data is stored securely, and we never share your shop's information with competitors. You control what data is shared with the community.

Can I export my repair history?

Yes, go to History and use the Export button to download your sessions as an Excel file. You can filter by date range, vehicle, or system before exporting.
