1. Acceptance
By using Wrench Node and its communications, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Services
Wrench Node provides auto repair shop management software and sends service-related text messages, on its own behalf, to customers who have opted in to receive them. Consent to receive these messages is given directly to Wrench Node.
3. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
Program: Wrench Node sends service-related text messages, including appointment confirmations and reminders, estimate and approval links, invoices and payment links, and vehicle-ready notifications, to customers who opt in. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
How to opt in: Enter your mobile number and check the consent box on our online booking form to agree to receive texts. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to stop receiving texts. Help: Reply HELP, email support@wrenchnode.com, or call (309) 868-3382.
Wrench Node will not sell, rent, or share your mobile information, phone number, or SMS opt-in consent with any third parties or affiliates for any purpose. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
4. Payment
Payment for repair services is due as agreed between you and your repair shop. Estimates are provided in good faith and may be updated if additional work is required, with your approval.
5. Disclaimers
Repair services are provided by your repair shop in accordance with applicable law and any warranty terms stated on your invoice or repair order.
