Wrench Node ("we", "us") provides software that auto repair shops use to manage repair orders, estimates, invoicing, scheduling, and customer communications. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when Wrench Nodecommunicates with you, including by text message.
2. Information We Collect
- Contact information: name, phone number, email, and mailing address
- Vehicle information: year, make, model, VIN, mileage, and service history
- Service information: estimates, invoices, repair orders, and related records
- Communications: messages you send and your responses to texts and emails
3. How We Use Your Information
- Provide and manage services for your vehicle
- Send appointment confirmations and reminders, estimate and approval links, invoices and payment links, and vehicle-ready notifications
- Respond to your questions and provide customer support
- Maintain records and operate the Wrench Node Service
We do not sell your personal information.
4. SMS / Text Messaging
If you opt in, Wrench Node may send you service-related text messages about your vehicle service: appointment confirmations and reminders, estimate and approval links, invoices and payment links, and vehicle-ready notifications. You opt in by entering your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts on our online booking form. Consent is given directly to Wrench Node and is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.
No mobile information, mobile phone numbers, or SMS opt-in consent will be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We use your mobile information only to send the messages you have opted into, and we share it only with the messaging provider that delivers those messages on our behalf, solely as needed to send them. This messaging provider is not a third party for marketing purposes and may not use your information for its own purposes.
5. How We Share Information
We share information only with service providers that help operate the Service (such as our hosting, payment, and messaging providers) or when required by law. These providers act on our behalf and may not use your information for their own purposes. We never sell your data, and no mobile opt-in data or consent is ever shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
6. Data Retention & Security
We retain information as long as needed to provide services and operate our business, and use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No system is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.
7. Your Choices
Reply STOP to any text to opt out of messages, or HELP for help. Contact us anytime to update your information. You may also request that we delete some or all of your personal information by emailing support@wrenchnode.com; we will honor deletion requests except where we are required to retain information for legal, accounting, or legitimate business record-keeping purposes.
